Their targeted audience are Brisbane’s mining and hospitality industries.

The Solution
The deliverables for this project were website design (including WiX Code) and copywriting.
To achieve their goals, I started with researching their target audience and competitors. Researching Brisbane’s mining and hospitality industries gave insight into what the demographic found important. Researching Smile IT’s competitors helped me see what other IT solutions business were doing successfully, and what I could do to make Smile IT’s website stand out.
To meet Smile IT’s primary goal, I made getting in contact with them very easy by displaying the contact number prominently, and having a contact form at the bottom of the home and contact pages.
To satisfy their goal of helping existing clients, I featured a support button at the bottom right of all the pages to make it easy to access the client support portal.
Wix Code
I used WiX Code to creat the however effects on the “our value” section if the about page. This effect makes efficient use of the space while also displaying the values that are the foundation of the Smile IT team culture.
We contracted Toby to redesign our website, on which he did an excellent job. However, the key benefit for us was the fact that he was able to work autonomously and quickly, delivering a quality product without the need for excessive oversight on our part.
