The Clinic One is a medical clinic located in Werribee, Victoria. They offer an extensive range of medical services, including a travel clinic, skin cancer clinic and micro-suction ear wax removal.
Their target audience isn’t determined by people, but by the Geographic location of Werribee and it’s 25km radius.
The Clinic One had three goals:
Increase online bookings
Generate awareness of the clinic
Reduce website clutter.
The Clinic One required a new website design (including WiX Code), a new logo and branding, website copywriting, on-going social media management and on-going SEO management.

The Solution
I started by researching the other medical clinics in the area to see what they were doing right and wrong. Then I researched the area.
Once I completed the research stage, I created a website that satisfied The Clinic One’s three goals. I made the website’s main call-to-action button “book appointment” so to give the visitor a clear way to take the next step via online booking. This call-to-action helps achieve the primary goal go increasing the volume of online bookings.
To fulfil the secondary goal of generating awareness of the clinic, I included an introductory paragraph and three services listed below to help the visitor understand what The Clinic One does.
The tertiary goal of reducing the website clutter can be seen through the entire website as I implemented a clean design that highlight the important information.
