How do payments work?
If a referred client proceeds with a qualifying project, you’ll earn 10% of the initial project value (up to $500). Commission is paid within 14 days after the client has paid their first invoice in full and we’ve received your invoice for the commission amount.

What types of services are eligible for commission?
Commission applies to new website builds and website redesign projects only.

Will you write a proposal for every referral I send you?
Not necessarily. Each referral is reviewed to ensure it’s a good fit. If it is, I’ll prepare a custom proposal.

If a lead I send you isn't a good fit, what do you do?
If a referral isn’t a good fit, I’ll let them know respectfully. Where possible, I’ll also suggest alternative options or resources that may better suit their needs.

Will you do a good job with the referral I send you?
Absolutely. I take referrals seriously and treat every introduction with care and professionalism. I take your trust in me seriously and I work hard to ensure the people you refer have a great experience.

While I’m based in Moorabbin and enjoy working with local businesses, I offer my services Australia-wide.

No. Your role is simply to make the introduction. I handle all discovery, proposal, and follow-up directly with the client.

Is this an exclusive or ongoing commitment?
No. This is a non-exclusive referral partnership with no minimums or obligations. Refer clients only when it makes sense.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can send or the commission you can earn.
